The Australian Effects and Animation Festival has announced the finalists for the 2025 awards, which include works completed by The Yard on ‘Halo – Season 2’ and ‘The Rings of Power – Season 2’.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

We\u2019re thrilled to announce that two of our projects \u2013 Halo Season 2<\/em><\/a> and The Rings of Power Season 2<\/em><\/a> \u2013 have been named finalists in the TV Series category at the 2025 AEAF Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Australian Effects & Animation Festival (AEAF)<\/a> is one of the industry\u2019s most prestigious international competitions, celebrating creative and technical excellence in the fields of visual effects, animation, and immersive media. Each year, AEAF recognizes outstanding work from studios around the world, with entries judged on technical skill, artistry, and how effectively the visual effects and animation enhance storytelling within the project as a whole.<\/p>\n

As stated in the official announcement<\/a>, this year\u2019s submissions reflect a rapidly evolving landscap. As always, studios have risen to the challenge, continuing to adapt and push the boundaries of what\u2019s possible. We’re proud that The Yard is among those recognized for rising to that challenge.<\/p>\n

Our nominations for Halo Season 2<\/em><\/a> and The Rings of Power Season 2<\/em><\/a> stand as a testament to the creativity, innovation, and dedication of our incredible teams. These productions demanded precision, passion, and a relentless pursuit of visual excellence, and we are immensely proud of what we\u2019ve achieved together.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to everyone at The Yard who contributed to these groundbreaking series \u2013 this recognition is well-earned !<\/p>\n

Winners \u2013 including Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Special Merit Awards \u2013 will be announced at the AEAF Awards ceremony on 31 July.<\/p>\n
