The vote for the 2024 C\u00e9sar & Techniques Trophy will close on January, 8th ! The Yard is extremely proud to have been selected by the Technical Industries Committee of the Academy of Arts and Techniques of Cinema.<\/span><\/h6>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=\u00a0\u00bbcustom\u00a0\u00bb border_width=\u00a0\u00bb2″ accent_color=\u00a0\u00bb#bdae8d\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The French trade magazine Mediakwest<\/a> recently wrote about the upcoming C\u00e9sar & Techniques Trophy and the C\u00e9sar & Techniques Innovation Award. As the article stated, French audiovisual service providers have talent, and the selection committee wanted to reflect the diversity of proposals available to the cinema industry by selecting a record number of 19 companies competing for its prestigious awards.<\/p>\n

The two winning companies will be elected by all those eligible for the six Technical C\u00e9sar awards, all production and post-production directors of films competing for the Best Film C\u00e9sar in 2024, the nominees for the Technical C\u00e9sar of the past two years, as well as the leaders of member companies of Ficam<\/a>. The secure online vote, by secret ballot, has opened on December 28, 2023, at noon and will close on January 8, 2024, at 7 pm, under the supervision of a bailiff.<\/p>\n

We are extremely proud at The Yard to see that our studio has been selected for the C\u00e9sar & Techniques Trophy, along with 12 other companies.\u00a02023 has been a very special year to our studio.<\/p>\n

We have contributed to wonderful projects with our VFX work<\/a>, whether for international productions such as ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny<\/a>‘, <\/em>which was presented at the recent Cannes Film Festival<\/a>, and ‘John Wick : Chapter 4<\/a>‘, <\/em>or ambitious productions directed by renowned French directors, including ‘Second Tour<\/a>‘, ‘Les Indesirables<\/a>‘,<\/em> and ‘Father and Soldier<\/a>‘.<\/em><\/p>\n

We couldn’t be more grateful to the industry for their recognition at the 2023 Cesar Awards for Best Visual Effects<\/a> on ‘Notre Dame on Fire<\/em><\/a>‘, directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud, and the 2023 Genie Award for Best Environment<\/a> for ‘Enola Holmes 2<\/em><\/a>‘.<\/p>\n

Winning the call for the France 2030<\/a> project ‘La Grande Fabrique de l’Image’ was a key milestone that allowed us to deploy further our strategy to place the French VFX industry on the global map and contribute to developing VFX in regions such as Montpellier<\/a>.<\/p>\n
