Stranger Things 5 leads the nominations for the 2025 Astra Creative Arts TV Awards.
Last week, before the release of the final season of the iconic Netflix series, the Hollywood Creative Alliance (HCA) revealed the nominations for the 2025 Astra Creative Arts Awards, which celebrate the artistry behind film and television, honoring the artisans whose work brings storytelling to life.
On the TV front, fan-favorite series like Stranger Things were recognized alongside other hit shows, reflecting the creativity, technical skill, and sheer impact of today’s most compelling television. At The Yard, we are thrilled to share that Stranger Things 5 has earned eleven nominations, tying for the most-nominated TV series at this year’s Astra Awards.
The series’ nominations include Best Casting, Best Choreography, Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Editing, Best Makeup, Best Production Design, Best Score, Best Sound, Best Stunts—and especially, Best Visual Effects, which we’re particularly proud of.
