2023 Genie Awards : The Yard VFX nominated in 4 Categories

The nominees to 2023 Genie Awards have been unveiled. 3DVF Magazine tells all about this year’s competing projects and honorary winners.
The Digital Creation GENIE Awards celebrate each year the French digital creation talents (VFX Supervisor, Digital artists, innovators…) and the Legends of special effects.
On its 7th edition, we are so happy to see The Yard VFX nominated in four different categories for four different projects.
Harry Bardak (VFX Supervisor) – Elisa Perez (VFX Producer) – Julien Martins (Compositing Supervisor) – Laurens Ehrmann (Senior VFX Supervisor) are nominated for Best Visual Effects in a Feature Film for The Gray Man, directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and streaming on Netflix ;
Pierre Jury (VFX Supervisor) – Audrey Lagnous (VFX Producer) – Laurens Ehrmann (Senior VFX Supervisor) / Overall VFX Supervisor : Sébastien Drouin are nominated for Best Visual Effects in a TV Drama for Notre-Dame, la part du feu , created by Hervé Hadmar and Olivier Bocquet and streaming on Netflix ;
Aymeric Auté & Sébastien Fauchère (VFX Supervisors) – Elisa Perez (VFX Producer) – Laurens Ehrmann (Senior VFX Supervisor) are nominated for Best Environment for Enola Holmes 2, directed by Harry Bradbeer, streaming on Netflix ;
Laurens Ehrmann (Senior VFX Supervisor) – Fabian Nowak (Head of FX) – Pierre Jury (VFX Supervisor) – Audrey Lagnous (VFX Producer) are nominated for Best Effects Simulation for Notre-Dame brûle, directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud.
